Goal Setting for the New Year

The beginning of January is a classic time to set new intentions, goals, and resolutions for the coming year. Many people resolve to lose weight, save more, or spend more time with family and friends. Others may create goals around a new career, relationship, or big move. Goals, resolutions, and intentions are amazing and powerful motivators in ones life and a cornerstone of the JSP office. What kinds of goals are you creating for this year? Are they actionable and specific? Do you know the path that you need to follow in order to get to said goal?
