The current real estate market can be challenging to many and in a variety of ways. From limiting a move to that great home, to taking that job in a different destination, to consuming that income on mortgage payments that could be used someone else. Yes, selling in today’s market is not impossible and is taking place every day in our market. But as often as selling is the first option for home owners, it is often equally not the best option in this market. Selling price and cost of a property are fundamentally the main barriers limiting home owners. But all may not be lost.
