Sometimes the coming holidays and the beginning of winter can be a trying combination. There is a lot of hosting, a lot of financial stressors, and a lot of unhealthy habits. Taking a moment to stretch it out and get quiet, even if it is just for a few minutes a couple times a week can make a big difference.
